What happens after I place an order?

I will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. I may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order, particularly if this is a commission. Once i dispatch your order, I will send you a shipment email confirming details of your tracking (if available).

What is the approximate shipping time after my order is ready?

If your order is a stock item, I will ship within 2-4 working days for UK and international deliveries ( UK Parcelforce 48 hour). Please bear in mind that international shipping is particularly slow at the moment and may attract payable duty which is the responsiblity of the customer to pay.

What do you charge for shipping within the UK?

I ship parcels via Royal Mail 2nd class at a flat rate of £3.99 for parcels under 2kg (small and medium) and £10 for parcels over 2kg and under 5kg. 
I offer free local delivery within a 5 mile radius and you are welcome to collect from me too.

I live nearby, do you have a shop or can I collect?"

I don’t have a shop but you’re very welcome to come and collect, just drop me a message. I love to welcome people to my studio.

What happens if I have a problem with my delivery?

Accepted Answer

Please get back in touch with me and I will do what i can to help. I pack my pots extremely carefully with lots of packaging (reused and recycleable as far as possible) to make sure they arrive undamaged but occasionally accidents happen in transit. Please take a photo of the parcel and the pot on arrival and I will provide tracking information to assist in any claim for insurance through the post office if applicable

What if I want to cancel my order or want a replacement or refund?

Please get in touch as soon as possible and I will see what I can do to help. I can offer a refund for stock items not yet dispatched. I do not offer returns unless the item is faulty and if i can provide a replacement for the item I will be happy to do so or issue a refund. Please send me a photo of the damage for insurance.
 
Please note, for personalised items, it will not be possible to cancel the order once item has been personalised.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do. Please contact me for a delivery quote first as each item is individual, the weight and dimensions will vary. Any customs and import duty payable on delivery will be your responsibility. I pack things very carefully with lots of (recycled) packaging. This may incur slightly greater packaging costs as I would rather ensure the item arrives in one piece in a slightly larger box
