I will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. I may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order, particularly if this is a commission. Once i dispatch your order, I will send you a shipment email confirming details of your tracking (if available).
Please get back in touch with me and I will do what i can to help. I pack my pots extremely carefully with lots of packaging (reused and recycleable as far as possible) to make sure they arrive undamaged but occasionally accidents happen in transit. Please take a photo of the parcel and the pot on arrival and I will provide tracking information to assist in any claim for insurance through the post office if applicable
Please get in touch as soon as possible and I will see what I can do to help. I can offer a refund for stock items not yet dispatched. I do not offer returns unless the item is faulty and if i can provide a replacement for the item I will be happy to do so or issue a refund. Please send me a photo of the damage for insurance.
Please note, for personalised items, it will not be possible to cancel the order once item has been personalised.
Yes I do. Please contact me for a delivery quote first as each item is individual, the weight and dimensions will vary. Any customs and import duty payable on delivery will be your responsibility. I pack things very carefully with lots of (recycled) packaging. This may incur slightly greater packaging costs as I would rather ensure the item arrives in one piece in a slightly larger box
